The PA11-VET connects directly to the factory stereo system in your vehicle's without disabling any of the factory features. It plays any iPod that has a standard iPod connection on the bottom on the factory stereo with CD Quality Sound that has absolutely no static or distortion. No FM solution can compare to the crystal clear sound quality of a direct connection adapter.
This adapters also powers and charges the iPod while it is connected, and shuts it off when you turn off the vehicle. You never have to worry about charging the battery before using your iPod in the car, or shutting it off when you exit the vehicle.
The PA11-VET displays your artist and song title information from the iPod on the factory radio display so that you and your passengers can always see what you are listening to. You can use the factory radio and steering wheel controls to navigate between tracks, albums, artists, and genres just like you normally do on the iPod. This provides users with a cleaner look and a safer way to use the iPod in the car.

The PA11-VET is designed specifically for your vehicle's stereo system and connects to the XM receiver located near the rear of the vehicle. Instructions are included for locating this XM receiver.
The adapter box itself is stowed out of sight, and has a single cable that connects to the bottom of the iPod. Because of the radio display and controls, the iPod can be stowed away also. Users who prefer to control the music on the iPod itself have the option to run the cable to wherever they would like to have the iPod.
This adapter does not disable any in-dash CD changers, XM Radio, OnStar, or Navigation systems. You can install the adapter yourself, or take it to any local car stereo shop, dealership, or mechanic to have put in. It comes with everything you need to connect your iPod, no additional tools or equipment are necessary.
