iSimple - IS79

The iSimple IS79 is an Aux Input CD Quality iPod Car adapter that provides audio and video output. The adapter connects directly to an RCA or 3.5 auxiliary input found in a lot of newer model vehicles and plugs into the vehicles 12v power outlet to keep you iPod charged while the vehicle is in use. If you are tired of FM transmitters, this adapter is for you.

Vehicle must have an RCA Auxiliary input to receive audio and video or a 3.5 Auxiliary input to receive audio only (sometimes found in the glove box, center console or Rear Seat Entertainment System).

Unlock mode is important for drivers with passengers often in the car. When unlocked the iPod/iPhone controls and display are fully functional and work like normal. Watch out, because many adapters from popular vehicle manufacturers simply display the vehicle's logo on the screen and do not allow use of the iPhones controls.

Universal Adapter

Universal adapters are not vehicle specific and can be used in many makes and models. When you get a new compatible vehicle, just move the adapter over. If this is a wired adapter you may just need to purchase a new vehicle harness ($14.99+) if your vehicle is compatible.
